My journey to wellness wasn't a straight line. After years of mental health struggles and a diagnosis of POTS that truly turned my world upside down, I had to learn an entirely new way of living. One that honored rest. One that listened to my body. One that understood healing as a practice, not a destination.

For me, meditation, reiki, and restorative yoga became my compass—guiding me back to myself when everything felt lost.

Right now, we're focused on the transformative power of guided meditation. I create these recordings as a sanctuary—a tool to help you tune out the external noise and tune into your own inner wisdom. If you need guidance, stillness, or just permission to rest, I’m here.
