Booking and Payment Terms

5.1 Payments

​

• Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified

• All prices are in USD and subject to change without notice

• You are responsible for any applicable taxes or fees

 

5.2 Cancellation Policy

​

• Client Cancellations: You must provide at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may result in forfeiture of payment or a cancellation fee

• No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled session without notice will result in full charge

• Our Cancellations: If we must cancel a session, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule

• Packages: Session packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person with prior approval

 

5.3 Refund Policy

• Digital products (meditation downloads, recordings) are non-refundable

• Refunds for services may be issued at our discretion on a case-by-case basis

• Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@compassroseyogawellness.com

• Refunds typically process within 7-10 business days
